I was sitting at a sushi bar today and overheard the woman next to me read something off of her phone. She repeated “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food” That was an ah ha moment for me. I spent the next 45 minutes talking with the ladies sitting next to me, one of which was your sister, Stephanie.
She shared with me a little of your history and a lot of hers. She gave me your website and I’ve been reading articles for the last hour.
Thank you for doing what you do – I am a fan!

Thank you so much Shea. It’s always great to know that there are people out there who appreciate the work you do. I hope that in some small way I am able to help someone through my experiences. Hope you will continue to stop back by. Best wishes.
